The fees for a Canada tourist visa, also known as a visitor visa, depend on the number of people applying. The Canada tourist visa fee is $100 per person for a single or multiple-entry temporary resident visa. For families, it's a single Canada visa fee per family of 5 or more.

Permit Holders Class 

The Canada visa application fee for the Permit Holders Class is $815 CAD. This type of Canada visa fee includes a processing fee of $325 and a right of permanent residence fee.

Adult (18 and over) 

For adults aged 18 and over, the Canada visa fee is $530 CAD, and there is an additional right of citizenship fee of $100 CAD.

Biometric for Canada visa fees

To obtain a Canada visa, applicants are required to pay a biometric for Canada visa fees. The biometric fee for a single individual is $85 CAD, as stated on the official website of the Government of Canada. This fee applies in addition to the regular Canada visa application fee. 

If applying as a family, there is a family rate of $170 CAD for a family of two or more individuals. The biometric fee is used to cover the cost of processing and collecting biometric data, such as fingerprints and photographs, which are required for visa applications 

Medical for Canada visa fees

The medical for Canada visa fees vary depending on factors such as age and health condition. The cost can range from $150 CAD to $280 CAD. 

For individuals aged 0-14, the medical exam fee is $140 CAD. For those aged 15-74, it is $170 CAD, and for individuals aged 75 and above, the fee is $275 CAD. 

These medical exam fees are subject to change and may vary depending on the location and medical provider.

The Canada family visa fees vary depending on the type of visa and the number of family members. Here are some examples:

Visitor visa - Per Family

There is a single Canada Visa fee for a family of 5 or more people. This applies to both single-entry and multiple-entry temporary resident visas. The maximum Canada visa fee is specified on the official website of the Government of Canada.

Visitor visa - Per Person

For individual family members applying for a Canada tourist visa, including the super visa, there is a separate fee. The Canada Visa fee for a single or multiple-entry temporary resident visa is $100.00 per person.

Sponsor a Relative

If you are sponsoring a relative who is under 22 years old and not your dependent child, there is a Canada visa fee of $640. This fee includes the sponsorship fee of $75, processing fee of $75, and the right of permanent residence fee.
